What is Premium Fibre?
- A food supplement designed to increase your fibre intake – easy to fit into your daily diet.
- Based on Sunfiber® – partially hydrolysed guar gum (PHGG), derived from guar beans.
- 100% water-soluble dietary fibre – tasteless and odourless, easy to mix into drinks and food (avoid fizzy drinks).

How much Premium Fibre should I take?
The recommended dose is one heaped tablespoon (5 g) per serving, in at least 200 ml of water or another liquid. Stir and wait until it has dissolved. It does not mix well with fizzy drinks.
Does Premium Fibre contain any animal products?
No. There are no ingredients of animal origin in Premium Fibre.
Is Premium Fibre gluten-free?
Yes. Premium Fibre is gluten-free, and also free from lactose and dairy.
How much dietary fibre does Premium Fibre contain?
The daily dose (5 g powder) provides 4.4 g of dietary fibre.
Does Premium Fibre contain allergens?
There are no allergens in Premium Fibre. Please note that the guar plant is a legume, so take care if you are sensitive to legumes such as soya beans or peanuts.
Can I mix Premium Fibre with other supplements or medication?
You can take Premium Fibre with other supplements. If you take medication or have any concerns, please speak to your doctor or dietitian.
Can Premium Fibre cause wind?
It can happen at first, but it usually settles as your body gets used to more fibre.
