Weight Loss with Nupo Diet Soups
Nupo Diet is a clinically tested Total Diet Replacement (TDR) program designed for fast, structured weight loss. By consuming 6–7 nutritionally complete portions per day (approximately 800–900 calories), you create the calorie deficit required for effective fat loss while still meeting your daily nutritional needs.

Customers typically lose 10–15% of their body weight within 8 weeks when following the Nupo Diet plan.

Each portion contains high-quality protein, fibre, essential vitamins, and minerals to support satiety, energy levels, and muscle preservation during weight loss.

What Makes Nupo Diet Shakes Effective?
Nupo Diet is a nutritionally complete weight loss program, not just a meal replacement shake.

It provides:

  • Controlled daily calorie intake (800–900 kcal)
  • Full macro- and micronutrient coverage
  • Structured Total Diet Replacement approach
  • Clinically tested formulation

This ensures consistent fat loss while maintaining nutritional balance.

Diet Flavours and Variety
Long-term adherence improves results. Nupo Diet offers a wide range of flavours and formats of both shakes, meals, soups and desserts.

Taster Packs help you find your favourites, while Value Packs support extended programs.

Nupo and Weight Loss Medication
Nupo Diet can be used alongside or after weight loss medication.
When appetite is reduced due to GLP-1 or similar treatments, nutritional density becomes essential. Nupo ensures you receive adequate protein, fibre, vitamins, and minerals — supporting either continued weight loss or maintenance after medication.
