  • Stir 1 heaped tablespoon (5 g) into at least 200 ml of water or another liquid.
  • Leave the mixture for a moment so the fibre dissolves completely.
  • Use it in both cold and warm drinks – but not carbonated ones.
  • Close the bag tightly after use to keep the powder dry.

Take 1 serving a day, and do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

    Fibre

    This product has a very slight aftertaste which is not harsh in any way. When you drink the product mixed in water you can’t taste it until you finish. Sealing the bag is a bit tricky and half way through one side of the seal has come away from the bag so now I have to fold it over and use a peg to hold it shut.

    I have previously used Movicol/Cosmocol with which I could not find the required effect the Premium Fibre has worked really well for me.
