    I like chocolate and soups very well. Everything is also lactose-free. I have it for breakfast and the soups in the evening. The advantage is that you have little work and do not have to count calories.

    I think it tastes very good. I had tried a few things from other companies and you probably have a strange aftertaste due to sweetener
