How does Fat Fighter work?
Fat Fighter binds fat, carbohydrates, and sugar.
Chitosan is a natural fibre with a high capacity to bind lipids. It helps neutralise calories from high-fat foods. In the stomach, it forms a gel-like substance that mixes with the food.
At the same time, white kidney bean extract inhibits the starch-digesting enzyme alpha-amylase from the pancreas. This interrupts the carbohydrate digestion process.
Through this process, fat, sugar, and carbohydrates from food are bound in an insoluble form. These bound substances are not absorbed into the metabolic cycle but are excreted undigested.
The intake of calories from fat, sugar, and carbohydrates is significantly reduced.
In addition, white kidney bean extract slows down the rapid absorption of carbohydrates and has a beneficial effect on blood sugar levels – which helps reduce food cravings.
