Dosage and Use
IBS Relief is designed for oral intake.
The recommended dosage for adults and children aged 12 and over, is 2 capsules (max.) 3 times daily for 4 weeks.
IBS Relief capsules should be taken with or after a meal.
The capsules should be swallowed whole with a large glass of liquid (200 ml).
